Creamy Thai Iced Tea

For the Spiced Black Tea Portion:

1 Cup Boiling Water

4 Black Tea Bags

3 Star Anise Pods

5 Cardamom Pods Crushed

2 Whole Cloves

1/2 to 1 teaspoon Cinnamon to Taste

3 Cups of Room Temperature Water

Ice for Serving

For the MCT Oil Cream:

1 Can Full Fat Coconut Milk

2 Tablespoons Keto Science Keto MCT Oil

¼ Teaspoon Liquid Vanilla Stevia or More to Taste


To make the spiced black tea: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Then remove from heat and add the tea bags, star anise, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon. Steep for 10 minutes. Finally, strain and add 3 cups room temperature water.

While the tea steeps, make the MCT oil cream. Add all cream ingredients to a blender. Then blend on high speed until emulsified, smooth, and creamy.

The last step is to assemble the Thai iced tea by adding the desired amount of ice to a glass. Fill at least halfway and up to 3/4 of the way with the tea. Then, fill your glass to the top with the MCT oil cream. Stir ingredients together and enjoy this delicious dairy-free beverage!
